The last step in the process is to award the RFP. When you award the RFP you are able to notify all the suppliers that responded with availability or no availability, what supplier was awarded the RFP and why. This allows the suppliers to close out the process of this RFP on their side. Meeting Evolution allows you to upload the countersigned contract for easy access for reference when negotiating with the same hotel for future meetings.
