Description:
We are looking for an individual that has 3 - 5 years experience in the hospitality industry. Preferrably someone that has worked for a hotel chain (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.). The position involves answering emails and phone calls from customers and suppliers needing support for Meeting Evolution.
Hours: 10am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: Hourly, negotiable based upon experience.
Location: Home Based
Skills:
- Strong Computer Skills - All applications used to support customers are web based
- Able to Multi Task without being flustered
- Customer Service focused
- Able to articulate problems and solutions clearly
