As the CEO of Horizon Meetings, I appreciate how Meeting Evolution lets me feel the pulse of our sourcing department.  Meeting Evolution gives me the data and reports that show how we are doing from a global and detailed perspective.  Meeting Evolution has also helped us tighten up our accounting processes while shortening payment cycles.  Even though Meeting Evolution is not “free” like some other vendors, we went with them because the software is more comprehensive than other products from a meeting planner’s perspective and it helps us run the company financially.
