Meeting Management - Confirm Meeting Space

After you have reviewed the responses for availability Meeting Evolution then allows you to request to hold space. This step in the process helps to confirm the hotel has the necessary meeting space to accommodate your meeting.

The hotel may have the right dates and good sleeping room rates but may not have the right meeting space available for your meeting to be successful.
