What's New With Meeting Evolution PDF Print E-mail

Meeting Evolution is a strategic meetings management software that is being embraced by the professional meeting community. The reports, business intelligence and ability to leverage contracted meeting spend is how Meeting Evolution separates itself from its competitors.

Highlights:

  • Budgeted Meeting Spend vs. Actual Responded Cost Reporting
  • Cost Analysis per Property before selecting the property to hold your meeting
  • Meeting Room Assignment Verification when requesting properties to hold space
  • Store your organizations Custom contract verbiage to ensure consistent contract language in your organization
  • Spend by Chain by Year Reporting
  • Meeting Spend Forecasting by Organization, Department and Meeting Planner
  • and More...

Meeting Evolution understands the need for meeting planning organizations to put valuable information in context during the meeting planning process. Wouldn't it be nice to know if another planner within your organization is holding space or negotiating a contract at the same hotel you are. Meeting Evolution exposes that information to you during the meeting planning process.

How about knowing the amount of meeting spend you have contracted at a property in the past to leverage in the current negotiation process with the same property?

Meeting Evolution has that information.

What about seeing an evaluation of a property by another meeting planner in your organization? Meeting Evolution stores property evaluations in the system so you and other planners in your organization can use that information to determine if past experiences have been positive.
