Meetings Sites Resource (MSR), a global meeting management company based in Irvine, California, signed on to use Meeting Evolution technology in early 2010. The ME platform integrates MSR’s sourcing, custom contracting, meeting consolidation / leveraged spend and SMM data management. Meeting Evolution allows MSR to use their business intelligence, visibility to enterprise wide meetings and total meeting spend analysis to drive measurable cost savings, risk reduction and meeting value. This robust technology allows 24/7 access to all current and past meeting activity and an abundance of management and financial reports, which drives strategic decisions. Meeting Sites Resource was founded by Tim Brown, CEO and Jennifer W. Brown, President, both career meeting industry professionals. Tim has been president of two different MPI chapters and has served on MPI’s Board of Directors.
