When you are waiting for suppliers to respond back to your RFP with availability, it would be beneficial to be able to view previous responses to past meetings or current meetings being sourced by you or other planners within your organization from the suppliers. By having this capability you can see the range of rates from a property over certain time frames, size of room block, number of attendees, seasonality, etc.
