After the suppliers respond back to Meeting Evolution with their availability, the following high level availability report becomes available.
The following reports are also available during the RFP response process:
- Cost Analysis (Exportable to Excel)
- Detailed Response Overview (Exportable to Excel)
- Side By Side Comparison (Exportable to Excel)
- Sleeping Room Block Comparison (Useful for citywide meetings)
- High Level Response Overview (Exportable to Word)
