Meeting Evolution Announces Release of ME WORKSPACE
Meeting Evolution (ME) the developer of web-based Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) solutions will debut the release of their latest module ME WORKSPACE during the 2015 GBTA Annual Convention in Orlando, FL. ME WORKSPACE is an online collaborative portal that allows everyone involved in delivering services for an event to get the most up to date information about their responsibilities.
“ME WORKSPACE allows a planner and team to manage the execution of the event.”, stated Rob Wilson, President of ME, “ME WORKSPACE connects directly to our sourcing module so all of the contracted information can seamlessly pass into ME WORKSPACE to allow for an Event Specification Guide (ESG) or meeting resume to be available. Suppliers will be able to log in to see BEO’s, function specific information that pertains to them and much more”.
ME now manages the entire lifecycle of an event based upon the industry standards as defined by the Convention Industry Council. ME SMM Solutions have been APEX compliant since 2007 when the Single Facility eRFP was first deployed. The APEX Post Event was deployed in the fourth quarter of 2012; APEX Attendee Registration in 2013, and now the Event Specification Guide (ESG) the summer of 2015.
All four modules are building blocks for professional meeting planners to provide stakeholders and suppliers accurate, complete and consistent information they need to make decisions on the venue for a successful event.
ME reporting provides the individual meeting planner, meeting planning team, management and procurement with the information they need to make data driven business decisions about meeting and event spend.
Meeting Evolution(ME) is a web-based Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) platform that manages the entire event lifecycle and process based upon industry standards as defined by the Convention Industry Council.
